Leo Snead obtained his Yoga Alliance 200 hour RYT certification in 2013 and has been a student of yoga since 2007. He has been teaching a variety of styles since 2012 and offers classes in gentle, Vinyasa, Power and meditative yoga on a monthly basis.

Since participating in his first yoga class, he has been actively taking classes, reading and improving his understanding of the relationship between yoga, health and the mind-body connection. In particular, he focuses on understanding and teaching yoga with a strong focus on anatomy, body awareness and use of the breath to still the mind.
